The home you live in, free forever
Your home’s complete record costs nothing: rooms, systems, papers, repairs, sharing, and the handover. Everything the record does is included; nothing is held back to sell it to you later.
A second or third place
The cabin, a rental, a parent’s house. Each additional home gets the same complete record as your first, for a small monthly fee per home, up to three homes in all.
For a portfolio of properties
Landlords and caretakers of several properties keep a record per property: tenancies, condition reports, compliance dates, and a clean handover for each. The Portfolio plan opens the fourth home and beyond.

For inspectors and agents
Issue a buyer their home’s living record at closing, not a PDF that goes stale in a drawer. One-time pricing per record, the way inspection add-ons have worked for decades; free to the homeowner who receives it, forever.
